Under Affordable Care Act (ACA), nearly 2 million diabetics, many of them poor, got health insurance, a new study shows. Before ACA, or Obamacare, 17% of adults under 65 with diabetes had no health insurance. After ACA was passed in 2010, number of uninsured diabetics dropped 12 percentage points.
