Novel vaccine for colorectal cancer proves safe in a small sample of human subjects, in a new phase 1 clinical trial, with early indication that the vaccine could activate immune cells to fight colorectal tumors and metastases. Colon cancer is the second highest cause of cancer deaths in the world.
